Catherine Eubanks is a highly accomplished and passionate district administrator with progressive student-focused leadership experiences. She has faithfully served students and supported campuses in Texas as a classroom teacher, campus administrator, district coordinator, and district director with an emphasis on instructional leadership and strategic partnerships in order to improve resources, programs, and support for all shareholders, especially students and their families. Ms. Eubanks has devoted the past two decades to EC-12 public education in Texas with half of those in pivotal administrative leadership and oversight roles for special program areas, including Federal ESSA and Perkins Grant Programs, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, JROTC, High School Allotment, State Compensatory Education, Pregnancy Related Services, Parent and Family Engagement, School Improvement, Private Non-Profit Equitable Services, and Homeless Children and Youth programs. She also has been involved with long-range strategic planning, bond planning, technology, curriculum, facilities design, professional development, instructional materials, funding and budget analysis, legal issues, compliance requirements, accountability, staffing, and various committees. Catherine is an active member of the Association for Compensatory Educators of Texas (ACET) and has served in numerous roles including Region 4 Director, Executive Board, Program Planning Committee, Scholarship Committee Chair, and Vice President. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University in College Station where she continues to volunteer as an Aggie mentor to undergraduate students. She and her husband are proud parents of amazing children who remind them daily of the powerful impact that families, educators, and communities have on fostering a true love for learning!
