Registration For the 2021 ACET Fall Virtual Conference is Open

To begin registration, create an account under "Register" below (right) or login with your user name and password below (left). There are four pages to complete registration

  1. After you log in, click on the "Conference" tab. You will be taken to the first page that has the conference name at the top. If you want to also register for the preconference put a check in the box where it says add the preconference and click the add to cart button at the bottom of the page
  2. The next page shows the products for which you are registering. If this page is correct, click "proceed to checkout"
  3. The next page is the billing details page. Please fill out all the information on this page with the information for the person who will attend the conference.  Select the payment method of your choice at the bottom of the page and click "place order".
  4. The last page will show the order number and  the attendee's name and email on the top line. On the second line of this page, there is a place to get the invoice for this order. Please click on the invoice number on the second line and a PDF printable invoice will automatically download. You will also receive a confirmation email with an invoice for payment within a few minutes of completing registration

Admin Assistants and Department Heads Please Notice

Each person attending the conference needs to have an individual order number. When registering a group of people from a department, or other grouping, each person must be registered first, following the instructions above. As you register each person, check the "check payment" box on the check out page before you hit the "place order" button. Then, take note of the order number for each person you registered and call (254) 292-2757 or (210) 288-7346 to pay for the group registration using a single pay virtual terminal credit card transaction.
